KT's SkyTV unit, Discovery Networks launch Studio Discovery joint venture

SkyTV, the media content distribution unit of South Korean operator KT and Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific have established a joint venture dubbed 'Studio Discovery' to create original content. The new venture is owned by skyTV with a 30 percent stake and Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific with a 70 percent stake.
