Kwese gains rights to broadcast IAAF events

Econet Media has acquired the exclusive sub-Saharan Africa broadcast rights for the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) competitions for the next six years.  The deal was brokered by ESPN's Media Distribution unit and begins on 01 January 2018. Under it, IAAF events will run on Kwese TV's free-to-air and pay-television channels as well as the new Kwese Play service.
