Kyivstar revenues lift 10% in Q1

Ukrainian mobile operator Kyivstar, controlled by the Veon Group, said revenues grew by 10.1 percent year-on-year in the first quarter to UAH 4.236 billion. Mobile service revenue increased by 10.9 percent to UAH 3.949 billion while fixed service revenue went 0.1 percent higher to UAH 295 million. The EBITDA jumped by 16.4 percent to UAH 2.412 billion, while the EBITDA margin grew by 3 percentage points to 56.6 percent. Capex, excluding licences, declined by 6.8 percent to UAH 687 million.
