Last week in media: Facebook's new privacy focus and Walt Disney's streaming service moves ahead

Media stocks took a hit in week 10. The Telecompaper Stock Index Global Media saw its weekly loss limited to just 0.2 percent as a result of positive performances from its heavyweights Alphabet (+0.1%) and Facebook (+4.5%). SBS (Seoul Broadcasting System) was the winner (+4.6%) this week, while Gannett had the weakest performance (-9.0%).
