Lawmakers ask feds to look into Verizon supercookie use

Sens. Bill Nelson (D-Fla.), Ed Markey (D-Mass.) and Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) have sent letters to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requesting that the agencies investigate Verizon's use of tracking technology, CNet reported.
