Lawsuit claims Facebook overpaid FTC fine to protect Zuckerberg

Facebook conditioned its USD 5 billion payment to the Federal Trade Commission to settle the Cambridge Analytica data leak case by asking the agency to ditch its plans to sue Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg individually, shareholders allege in a lawsuit reported by Politico.
