Layer3Cloud wins contract from Nigerian universities to support plagiarism detection software

The Committee of Vice Chancellors of Nigerian Universities (CVCNU) has selected Layer3Cloud for its cloud services. The CVCNU will use Layer3Cloud for innovation and offer its properietary plagiarism detection software code, named EagleScan. CVCNU can scale its application on Layer3Cloud's able infrastructure, enhancing the site's availability to give users in Nigeria better performance even during peak demand.
