Lenovo completes acquisition of 51% of Fujitsu PC business

Lenovo announced that it's completed its joint venture with Fujitsu in the PC market, as first announced last November. Lenovo acquired 51 percent of Fujitsu's PC business, and the Japanese company will continue to own 44 percent of the joint venture. Lenovo also entered into a number of services agreements with Fujitsu, to cover manufacturing, distribution, brand licensing and R&D. The Development Bank of Japan holds the remaining 5 percent in the venture.
