Lenovo, IBM server talks break down over price - report

Negotiations between Lenovo and IBM over a multi-billion dollar deal under which Lenovo would acquire parts of IBM's server business have broken down, people familiar with the situation told Fortune magazine. While the discussions could resume, they were halted over valuation concerns, one source said. Lenovo confirmed in April that it was in talks over a potential acquisition without providing more details.
