Lenovo seeks fresh acquisitions to drive growth

Chinese PC maker Lenovo is still looking to acquisitions to drive growth, reports the Wall Street Journal. This is despite recent deals worth USD 5 billion in total to acquire IBM's low-end server business (USD 2.3 billion) and Google's Motorola Mobility handset division (USD 2.91 billion). Following an extraordinary shareholder meeting in Hong Kong, Lenovo CEO Yang Yuanqing said that it would continue to use acquisitions to fuel growth, adding that it still has access to funds to keep expanding its business.
