Lenovo starts new round of job layoffs

Lenovo has confirmed it is laying off more, though "less than 2 percent of its 55,000 employees" across the world, the Verge reported, obtaining the confirmation following reported by Doid-Life. Most of the layoffs will take place at the mobile phone division. The layoffs follow significant cuts last year, where Lenovo reduced its headcount by 3,200 across the company.
