LG Display to invest more in flexible smartphone screens

LG Display announced plans to invest more in the production of plastic OLED production in order to meet expected growing demand in the smartphone market. The company plans to more than double its capacity, to 65,000 input sheets per month from 30,000. This capacity is enough to produce 120 million 6-inch smartphone displays per year.
