Liberty Global stake in Belgium's Telenet increases to over 60%

Liberty Global's stake in Belgian operator Telenet rose to over 60 percent in September. Telenet made the announcement to ensure transparency, following notification from Liberty Global. The higher stake follows Telenet's buyback of shares on the open market and is not the result of Liberty Global actively acquiring shares, a spokesperson noted.
