Liberty Global to focus on existing markets

Liberty Global plans to focus on expanding in the European markets where it is already active, Reuters.com reports. Chief executive Michael Fries said that the company is concentrating on the twelve markets where it is already present. As well as a dozen European markets, it is active in Chile and Puerto Rico, too. Liberty is in talks with the UK's Vodafone about exchanging selected assets, Vodafone said this month.
