Likee plans to open branch office in Russia

At the end of 2020, Russian president Vladimir Putin signed a law regulating the activity of major social networks in the country. The law took force on 01 February and obliges foreign social networks with a daily audience exceeding 500,000 users to open a branch in Russia.
