Linzor Capital Partners acquires Chile's Mundo Pacifico

Linzor Capital Partners, together with co-investors and partners, has announced the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares of Chilean fixed line operator Mundo Pacifico. In a statement, Linzor said it partnered with Teras Capital, a Spanish investment group specialising in the industry, in the deal to acquire the triple-play operator, which offers broadband at speeds of up to 1Gbps plus pay-TV and voice services to more than 1 Chilean million homes via a 11,000 km fibre network.
