Liquid Telecom completes sale of 8% stake to UK Commonwealth Development Corporation, plans expansion

Liquid Telecom has completed the USD 180 million sale of an 8 percent stake to the UK government's sovereign wealth fund for developing countries, known as the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC). The firm said all the conditions precedent to a deal announced in December 2018 had been met.
