Lobby groups call on EU policymakers to support full fibre to reduce climate impact

The German association of alternative operators, Breko, the industry group Europacable, which represents producers of fibre cable in the EU, and the FTTH Council Europe have called on policy-makers at European, national and local level to pick full fibre to reduce the adverse impact on climate. The associations cited a study saying that full-fibre networks can drastically reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
