Tuesday 23 March 2010 | 11:01 CET | News
Opera Software's Opera Devices SDK 10.15 for Linux was selected by German television manufacturer Loewe to deliver web browsing, widgets and HbbTV implementation on Loewe connected TVs. Opera for connected TVs is designed to serve as a one-stop shop for delivering content that is optimised for the television screen. Opera has maintained strong support of initiatives such as the Open IPTV Forum and HbbTV and has implemented these standards in order to help manufacturers create a better product and improve time-to-market.
