Lords committee chair say online harms bill delayed until 2021

The Chair of the Lords Democracy and Digital Committee in the UK has said the government's online protection bill has been delayed and may not come into effect until 2023 or 2024. Speaking to the BBC's Today programme, Lord Puttnam said the committee was told by the responsible minister that the Online Harms Bill was not certain to reach parliament this year.
