Lumen in talks to sell consumer business to Apollo for USD 5 billion - report

Lumen Technologies is in talks to sell some of its assets to Apollo Global Management, people with knowledge of the matter told Bloomberg. The deal for Lumen's consumer operations in certain US states could be worth more than USD 5 billion, the report said.
