Luxembourg PM Bettel announces Infrachain initiative

Luxembourg's Prime Minister Xavier Bettel announced the launch of a new initiative, named Infrachain, which will see five partners collaborate on a national blockchain infrastructure project after signing a memorandum of understanding.
