Lycamobile enters Uganda, forms basis for East African market exploration

UK mobile virtual network operator Lycamobile said is officially starting operations in Uganda, pledging to boost 4G connectivity beyond Kampala, reports The New Vision. Prime Minister Moses Ali said Lycamobile's entry to the market is a testimony that the longstanding peace, security and stability is key in the development trajectory of the country and investment agenda. Ali tasked Lycamobile's proprietors to lower the cost of data.
