Lyse supports retention of telecoms infrastructure competition after parliamentary report

Norwegian operator Lyse has published its response to a parliamentary report under the title "Our common digital foundation" that was published last month. It called for authorities to emphasise differences in competitiveness between the fixed and mobile markets, and to pay attention to criteria for receiving subsidies. It urged progress in bringing in excavation guidelines, and called for awareness of future capacity needs beyond current targets.
