M1 powers IDA's Home Access fibre broadband project

Singaporean mobile operator M1 has teamed up with the Infocomm Development Authority (IDA), as its Home Access programme partner, to deliver high speed fibre broadband internet access to low-income households. The programme targets up to 8,000 low-income households that do not have school going children and with at least one Singapore citizen.
