Magenta Telekom plans to achieve climate neutrality for Scope 3 emissions by 2040

Magenta Telekom said it plans to reach climate neutrality with regard to its value chain by 2040. The company aims to implement the climate target ten years earlier than planned. Magenta has been CO2-neutral in operating its networks since 2015. Magenta's parent company, Deutsche Telekom, has decided to anticipate the goal of climate neutrality for in-house emissions by 2025, sooner than the original target of 2050 at the latest.
