Magyar Telekom disputes net neutrality violation

Hungary's telecom authority NMHH said Magyar Telekom disputed a NMHH decision issued on 28 August in which the operator was accused of violating net neutrality rules with its two mobile internet tariff packages, 'Net Unlimited' (Net Korlatlan) and 'Unlimited Net(Korlatlan Net). In its appeal, the service provider disputed the findings and obligations regarding peer-to-peer traffic. The operator was accused of applying restrictions on internet traffic and device choice.
