Majority of US millennials shift to on-demand TV - study

US millennials aged 18-34 are now watching more time-shifted content (55 percent) than live TV (45 percent), according to a new study from the Consumer Technology Association (CTA). The survey of 2,500 adult viewers also showed that only 35 percent of those over the age of 35 watch time-shifted (self-recorded or on-demand) content, clearly preferring to watch live TV (66 percent).
