Malaysia plans more 5G trials from October

Malaysia plans to start more 5G demos next month, Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo announced at GSMA Mobile 360 Digital Societies event in Kuala Lumpur. The initial 5G testbeds launched in April in Putrajaya and Cyberjaya will be extended, with nationwide 5G demonstration projects due to commence in October.
