Marvell expands 5nm data infrastructure portfolio

Marvell announced the expansion of its 5nm data infrastructure platform with the launch of what it calls the industry's first 5nm 50G PAM4 device for the carrier market, the Prestera DX 7321 Ethernet switch. The company also announced it's extending its data infrastructure silicon offer with a new advanced silicon platform based on TSMC's 3nm process technology.
