Marvell meets Q4 outlook, sees lower revenues in Q1 on coronavirus impact

Marvell Technology reported results for its fiscal fourth quarter to January in line with its outlook. Revenues of USD 718 million were impacted by the sale of its wireless business to NXP, as well as the acquisition of Avera from November. The net profit of USD 1.8 billion included a pretax profit of USD 1.1 billion on the divestment. Adjusted earnings totaled USD 117 million or USD 0.17 per share, in line with guidance.
