Masmovil shareholders terminate lock-up agreement

Tuesday 30 June 2020 | 15:03 CET | News
Several of the main shareholders of Spanish operator Masmovil have terminated an agreement in place since 2016 under which they committed not to sell their shares, announced the operator in a filing with securities market regulator CNMV. The lock-up pact was signed by Onchena, Key Wolf, Norsis Creaciones, Inveready Seed Capital, Jose Manuel Alsedo Solis, Asesoramiento y Planeamiento and Inveready Capital Company back in October 2016, shortly after Masmovil acquired Yoigo and Pepephone for EUR 612 million and EUR 158 million respectively.
