MEA Q3 wearable shipments rise 16% in units, value up 34%

The Middle East and Africa (MEA) wearables market rebounded in Q3 2020 thanks to an easing of the supply disruptions in the previous quarter, according to International Data Corporation (IDC). Its report says the market recorded year-on-year unit growth of 15.8 percent in Q3 and its value was up 33.9 percent. It said 3.0 million units worth USD 405.6 million were shipped to the region during the third quarter of the year.
