Media Broadcast takes part in 5G-Virtuosa TV production project

Friday 17 September 2021 | 10:09 CET | News
Media Broadcast said it will be supporting the 5G-Virtuosa research project under the Horizon 2020 funding programme. The project aims to promote the use of 5G with high-performance all-IP networks and innovative virtualisation concepts to offer TV broadcasters new ways of producing content. This will have an impact on TV production of live content, such as sports or cultural events. The project is currently in a second phase to test all-IP-based networking of television studios across locations.
