Mediaset poised to sell Premium pay-TV tech platform to Sky - report

Monday 15 October 2018 | 15:40 CET | News
Italian commercial broadcaster Mediaset is set to sell the technological platform of its pay TV unit Premium to Sky Italia as early as November, reports business daily Il Sole 24 Ore. The report adds that the sale would be subject to approval by Italy's antitrust and competition watchdog AGCM.
