MediaTek evolves home entertainment platform to support AI-driven smart home devices

MediaTek is evolving its home entertainment platform by developing products that power artificial intelligence (AI) voice and vision capabilities in an array of smart home devices. This strategic move is highlighted by the launch of the MT8695, a 4K dongle SoC, the MT8516 system on module (SoM) and the smart display platform. MediaTek also presented details at CES about its ongoing AI platform strategy to enable AI edge computing with its NeuroPilot AI platform.
