Meditel enters DSL market

Meditel has launched ADSL services, profiting from the introduction of unbundling on Maroc Telecom's network. The operator offers a double-play plan with DSL at up to 12 Mbps and a fixed line with unlimited calls to national fixed numbers and two hours of calls to mobile numbers. The subscription requires a 12-month contract and costs MAD 240 per month. Customers pay MAD 490 for the router and can buy a cordless phone from MAD 149. Customers need to take their last Maroc Telecom bill to a Meditel shop in order to sign up for the offer.
