Meo to become Sport TV shareholder

PT Portugal, which operates under the brand Meo, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the goal of becoming a shareholder of premium sports TV network Sport TV. According to a statement issued by the operator, the implementation of this agreement is subject to an accounting and due diligence process by Sport TV. The CEO of PT Portugal, Paulo Neves said that the agreement aims to guarantee access to essential sports content.
