MEPs form Digital Agenda group

More than 70 members of the European Parliament have established a cross-party group that will work on the Digital Agenda for Europe. Amongst the founders of the group are Michał Boni (EPP), Josef Weidenholzer (S&D), Marietje Schaake (ALDE) and Julia Reda (Greens/EFA). In a statement, they said there is a need for an integrated approach toward furthering the digital market and discussing the future of technologies and the open internet. "We recognise the profound impact that digital technologies have on the lives of people.
