Mexican court upholds Rivada shared network ruling

Monday 20 March 2017 | 10:35 CET | News
A Mexican court has upheld the dismissal of a request by the Rivada Networks consortium to suspend the implementation of the country's wholesale shared network (Red Compartida), reports local daily El Manana. Mexico City's second district court specialising in telecommunications and economic competition confirmed that the request could not be admitted on the grounds that the matter is administrative and will be decided by courts that are considering the lawsuit filed by Rivada against the country's Secretariat of Communications and Transportation (SCT).
