Mexican streaming music subs up 4% to over 15 mln

The number of streaming music accounts in Mexico jumped 4.9 percent to 15.1 million at the end of the third quarter, according to data from the Competitive Intelligence Unit (CIU). Spotify continued to dominate the market, with some 84.8 percent of the country's accounts, followed by Apple Music with 6.0 percent, Google Play with 3.8 percent and others with 5.4 percent.
