Mexico's Unefon offers unlimited data and minutes from MXN 10 a day

Monday 10 September 2018 | 14:25 CET | News
Mexican mobile operator Unefon has announced that any prepay users topping up MXN 10 (around USD 0.50) and above will have access to unlimited data, minutes and SMS for a day. The operator, which uses AT&T's network in Mexico, said every MXN 10 gives access to 24 hours of all-you-can data throughout the country, although no tethering is allowed and speeds will be reduced if over 5GB of data is consumed in a single day. At least MXN 70 needs to be topped up every 30 days to access the offer.
