Microsoft announces debt offerings

Microsoft has announced the pricing of its offerings of EUR 3.5 billion of senior unsecured notes and USD 3.25 billion of senior unsecured notes. The notes consist of the following tranches: EUR 1.75 billion of 2.125 percent notes due 6 December 2021, EUR 1.75 billion of 3.125 percent notes due 6 December 2028, USD 1.25 billion of 1.625 percent notes due 6 December 2018, USD 1.50 billion of 3.625 percent notes due 15 December 2023 and USD 500 million of 4.875 percent notes due 15 December 2043.
