Microsoft announces Kenyan grant winners

Microsoft has announced the final five Kenyan non-profit organisations (NGO) that will benefit from its ongoing USD 500,000 grant awards. The five were selected by the public through social media as part of the Upgrade Your World campaign launched in September by the global tech giant, Business Daily reported. The organisations Africa Yoga Project, AIESEC Kenya, Beacon of Hope Africa, Kids Comp Camp and Vision Africa received votes from the public to get USD 50,000 each, bringing the total beneficiaries in Kenya to 10.
