Microsoft buys Finnish software firm Movial

Microsoft acquired Finnish software engineering and design services company Movial for an undisclosed sum, according to online publication SeeNews.com. Movial's local businesses in the US, Romania, and Taiwan are now owned by Microsoft as part of the deal. In addition, Movial's office in Iasi, Romania, will become Microsoft's fourth R&D centre in the region.
