Microsoft collaboration apps can connect via private network

Microsoft has announced it will enable access to its cloud-based Office 365 and Skype for Business (formerly Lync) applications via private network connections, using Azure ExpressRoute and network partners including Level 3 Communications. Companies can now connect using their existing VPN connections, providing them scalability, ease of deployment and usage-based pricing, as well as additional security, reliability and predictability of a private network.
