Microsoft nominates ADP CEO to board of directors

Microsoft has nominated Carlos Rodriguez, president and CEO of Automatic Data Processing (ADP), to the company's board of directors. Rodriguez will be presented for election at the company's annual shareholders meeting, to be held on 30 November.
