Microsoft prices senior unsecured notes offering

Microsoft has pricing offerings of EUR 550 million of senior unsecured notes and USD 1.950 billion of senior unsecured notes. The notes consist of EUR 550 million of 2.625 percent notes due 2 May 2033, USD 450 million of 1 percent notes due 1 May 2018, USD 1 billion of 2.375 percent notes due 1 May 2023 and USD 500 million of 3.750 percent notes due 1 May 2043. Microsoft intends to use the net proceeds from the offerings for general corporate purposes, which may include, among other things, funding for working capital, capital expenditures, repurchases of capital stock, acquisitions and
