Microsoft has started taking pre-orders for the Nokia Lumia 1520 at its retail store as well as through MicrosoftStore.com. The smartphone is available will hit stores and the online store on 22 November. Customers who pre-order a Nokia Lumia 1520 before 22 November will receive a USD 50 Microsoft Store app card, a free flip cover valued at USD 39.99, in addition to the USD 20 app card provided by Nokia, and a free download of 'Halo: Spartan Assault' for Windows Phone.
