Microsoft wins ITC patent decision over Xbox

Monday 25 March 2013 | 08:15 CET | News
Microsoft has won a decision in a patent case brought to the International Trade Commission by Google's Motorola Mobility division in 2010. ITC Judge David Shaw found that the way the Microsoft Xbox videogame console establishes communications with accessories does not violate Motorola Mobility patents, Bloomberg reports. The six-member ITC will review this decision later in the year.
